Responsibilities

• Manage the assigned section (replenishment, checkout, grocery, fresh food) to keep shelves stocked and maintain high standards.
• Support the team to meet sales targets, resolve operational problems, and maintain a welcoming store environment.
• Coach, motivate, and develop team members to provide excellent customer service.
• Use data and insights to make decisions that improve store performance.

Qualifications & Skills

• Natural leader with experience in a fast paced retail setting.
• Confidence in coaching and motivating staff with a hands on approach.
• Flexible and adaptable to work across different store formats, including Asda Express.
• Comfortable using data and insight to make informed decisions.
• Passion for delivering great customer service and helping the team grow.
