Costa Limited is seeking a Team Leader to energise and support the shifts at Costa Trowbridge and Frome stores, driving energy and confidence across the team. Flexible shifts help tailor coverage for busy periods while maintaining high standards of service and coffee quality.

You will train and support new Baristas, motivate the team, and use resourcefulness to ensure smooth operations and exceptional guest experiences.
