Team Leader: Empowering Personal Care & Support

ENABLE Scotland in North Ayrshire is seeking a Team Facilitator to lead a team of Personal Assistants. The role involves supervision, performance reviews, induction support and managing attendance while ensuring high-quality, person-centred services across North Ayrshire.

The post requires a full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle, with an on-call component and the ability to travel between services. Salary is £30,900 with an on-call payment and 39 hours per week.
