Customer Service Team Leader£38,000 - £43,000 + generous benefits.
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Customer Service Team Lead to oversee our customer support operations. This role involves working "hands on" and guiding a team to deliver exceptional service, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining efficient communication channels.
Responsibilities- Manage a team of 6 Order Processors - Customer Service Advisors.
- Handle escalations, drive improvements, and coach staff.
- Oversee day to day management of the customer experience team, ensuring efficient collaboration and timely delivery of projects.
- Lead the Customer Service and Projects teams; ensure effective delivery, communication and execution of all customer orders/projects.
- Monitor service levels and implement strategies to gather customer feedback; review and improve the overall customer experience.
- Ensure timely and effective resolution of customer issues and escalations.
- Previous team leading experience in a fast moving, client focused environment with a confident leadership style.
- Some project management understanding.
- Experience with SAP and Microsoft Dynamics.
