Team Leader Care - Lead & Elevate Lives (£750 Bonus)

National Care Group Limited is seeking a Team Leader Care in King's Lynn to lead frontline staff delivering person-centred support across homes. You will manage staff, ensure safety and quality of life, and coordinate back-office duties in line with policy.

The role requires experience with adults with learning disabilities, a Level 3 NVQ/QCF in Health and Social Care or working towards it, and a driving licence for travel across services. A £750 joining bonus is included.
