Team Leader - The Museum Tavern

As a Team Leader, you will lead by example, ensuring the team has everything they need so the shift runs smoothly. You'll maintain high standards, keep our customers happy, and join a full time team at the Museum Tavern, a food led Great British Pub. We are committed to inclusion and diversity.

Responsibilities

• Provide customers with a heartfelt and memorable experience each time they visit.
• Deputise for the management team and resolve any issues that arise in their absence.
• Help organise and coordinate the team during a busy shift, ensuring everything runs like clockwork.
• Make sure the bar is safe, legal, and clean, and address any issues promptly.
• Be a role model by delivering excellent service and giving each customer a warm welcome.
• Think on your feet and adapt to challenges during a busy shift.
• Maintain a positive can do attitude and be a real team player.
• Pay close attention to detail, ensuring every pint is poured to perfection.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of hospitality experience in a bar or pub setting.
• Friendly, approachable, and able to motivate a team.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.
• Ability to think quickly and adapt to changing situations.
• Passion for providing outstanding customer service.
