Job Title: Team Leader
Location: Ormesby
Salary: £16.60 per hour (dependent on experience)
Working Hours: No less than 37 hours per week (overtime or additional contracted hours available)
Employment Type: Permanent
Sleep-ins: 9-11 per month (as required), paid at £58.40 per sleep
Example Annual Earnings: Up to approximately £38,970 per year (based on 37 hours per week and an average of 10 sleep-ins per month).
ServiceService Type: Children's Residential Home
Service Users: Children and young people with Learning Disabilities (LD)
- Level 4 Children, Young People and Families Practitioner or
- Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare
- Minimum of 1 year's experience working in a relevant children's residential setting.
This is a 2-bed children's home in Ormesby, providing specialist support for children and young people with Learning Disabilities. The home offers a nurturing, structured and child-centred environment where young people are supported to develop independence, confidence and life skills.
