Job Description

Job Title: Team Leader (Children's Residential)

Location: Richmond, North Yorkshire

Salary: £13.80 - £14.80 per hour

Working Hours: Up to 37.5 hours per week

Hourly Rate: £13.80 per hour (Standard Team Leader) / £14.80 per hour (Team Leader with On-Call Responsibilities)

Number of Sleeps Required: Sleeps required

Pay Per Sleep: £40 per sleep

Service: Children's Home

Service Users: YPs with EBD and Trauma

Qualifications Required:

  • Minimum 12 months' experience in a children's residential setting or similar
  • Candidates should be at least 50% through their Level 3/4 Residential Childcare qualification
  • GCSE or equivalent (preferred) in English and Maths

Experience Required:

  • 12 months of experience in a children's residential setting or similar
  • Must be able to drive, hold a full UK licence, and have access to a vehicle for work purposes

We are looking for an experienced and dedicated Team Leader who is passionate about making a difference in the lives of young people with emotional and behavioural difficulties. You must be committed to trauma informed care and able to work flexibly across two provisions when needed. Both provision in Northallerton.
