Team Leader

As a Team Leader, you'll motivate your team, champion safety and sustainability, and keep an eye on quality, cost and service. You'll also be your shifts, go to person for continuous improvement, helping the team to work smarter, not harder.

Responsibilities

• Motivate and lead the team to achieve goals while championing safety and sustainability.
• Monitor quality, cost and service to ensure alignment with business targets.
• Be the go to person on shifts for continuous improvement and coaching the team to work smarter, not harder.
• Work closely with Production or Warehouse Managers and collaborate across departments to ensure machine performance and space utilization is optimized.
• Coach and develop team members to create a workplace where everyone feels proud to belong.

Qualifications

• Natural flair for people management, including coaching, mentoring and building strong relationships.
• Flair for numbers with experience in managing departmental budgets and identifying cost saving opportunities.
• Ability to influence key stakeholders and align the team to achieve shared goals.

Working hours

38 hours per week. Saturday and Sunday 11.5 hours per day; two weekdays 7.5 hours per day.
