Job Description
Overview 
Team Leader - Off Loading Operations
We're seeking a hands on Team Leader to manage off loading activities on construction sites. You will organise operatives, coordinate deliveries, and ensure safe, efficient unloading of kitchens, appliances and materials.
Responsibilities- Planning workloads
- Supervising off loading teams
- Liaising with site managers and drivers
- Conducting safety checks
- Managing attendance and performance
- Completing paperwork with photos
- Strong organisation & communication
- Construction background preferred
- Safety driven and proactive
- CSCS Card required
- Must have a car
