Team Leader
Full-Time 37.5 Hours Per Week Monday-Friday Office Based
Up to £32,000 depending on experience
We are currently recruiting for an experienced and people-focused Team Leader to join a growing, innovative business with a fantastic culture and a genuine focus on its people.

The Role- Lead, support and develop a high-performing team
- Deliver regular coaching, mentoring and performance feedback
- Drive team performance and maintain high service standards
- Support training and ongoing development of team members
- Create a positive, inclusive and motivated team culture
- Identify improvements and support operational efficiencies
- Work collaboratively with management and wider teams to achieve business goals
- Previous Team Leader or supervisory experience
- Strong people management and coaching skills
- Passionate about developing and supporting others
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Proactive, solutions-focused and confident making decisions
- A natural motivator who leads by example
