TEAM LEADER / SHIFT MANAGER - Rotherham - Rotating shifts - Immediate start - Ongoing opportunity

Due to internal restructure our fantastic manufacturing client in Rotherham are looking for an interim Team Leader/Shift Manager to join their team.

The role is an immediate start and they are looking for someone who:

• Has manufacturing experience
• Can manage and lead a team of up to 30 people
• Guide and supervise as well as practising great health and safety awareness
• Can manage to process as well as thinking of ideas to upskill the team and shop floor
• An innovative thinker that can get the job done!
• Will work a rotating shift pattern (Days, Afternoons and Nights)
