Team Leader

Overview

We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Team Leader for a role based in Kings Lynn.

As a Team Leader you are working at the forefront of the business. It is your responsibility to ensure that your work with your Team and Supervisors to work efficiently but safely to meet set business targets.

Shifts

• Monday - Thursday, 7am - 6pm
• Occasional Friday, 7am - 4pm

Key Responsibilities

• Working in the factory, as directed by your Supervisor to ensure the smooth running of a production line and completing paperwork as required
• Allocating individual daily tasks to your team
• Ensuring that your team carry out their allocated tasks consistently
• Being aware of company Health & Safety policy and ensuring that you comply
• Being prepared to move from one task to another, as the requirements of the business
• Looking after the welfare of your team
• Ensuring that your team behaves in a responsible manner at all times
• Ensuring your team obey the dress codes relating to the area you are required to work in at all times
• Ensuring your team follow guidelines regarding hygiene requirements
• Any other duties which may, from time to time, be required of you
• Endeavoring at all times to maintain the good name and reputation of the company and endeavouring at all times to minimise waste

Pay Rate

£12.21 per hour, overtime after 40 hours, £15 per hour
