Team Leader - Virgin Clubhouse

Job introduction

We are currently looking to add a Team Leader to our Award Winning catering Team at at Clubhouse Lounge, Heathrow Airport Terminal 3,to deliver a world class guest experience. The team have been awarded Skytrax Worlds Best Business Class lounge award voted for by customers from around the world, with more than 350 airlines included in the survey.

We are looking for passionate, enthusiastic and motivated individuals who will be able to create memorable catering experiences, in the form of a first class service to our guests.

What you'll do

Main Duties

• Run the kitchen pass and food running team to ensure smooth delivery of the food service to the customer
• Work closely with Sous Chef to ensure tickets are completed in 12 min service time
• Attend Virgin team briefings and relay to the food running team
• Assist Sodexo Live! management in maintaining the roster and has appropriate cover and holiday planning
• Manage the KDS systems to ensure that ticket rolls are replaced and open order are completed routinely to keep system functioning optimally
• Dealing with customer complaints if appropriate with the assistance of the Duty Manager

What you'll bring

• Previous experience in catering hospitality, fine dining or banqueting environment
• Understanding of food hygiene and customer service
• Excellent customer service skills
• First class communication skills and to demonstrate accuracy and attention to detail

• The ability to demonstrate great leadership and teamwork
