Cura Terrae Water Limited is looking for an experienced and motivatedTeam Leader - Field Service Engineerto lead the delivery of Continuous Water Quality Monitoring (CWQM) projects across the UK.
This is a hands-on leadership role combining technicalexpertisewith day-to-day supervision of field service activities.You'llbe responsible forleading installation, commissioning, maintenance, and servicing of water quality monitoring systems while supporting and guiding Field Service Engineers to deliver projects safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards.
Working across a range of environmental and industrial sites,you'llcollaborate closely with Project Managers, clients, and internal teams to ensure successful project delivery and exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and support Field Service Engineers in the installation, commissioning, servicing, and maintenance of Continuous Water Quality Monitoring (CWQM) systems.
- Carry out commissioning, fault finding, diagnostics, and repairs on monitoring systems and associated infrastructure.
- Conduct site surveys and oversee equipment preparation and installation activities.
- Ensure monitoring systems are correctly configured and delivering reliable, high-quality data.
- Promote andmaintainthe highest standards of health, safety, and environmental compliance, including adherence to RAMS and reporting of hazards and near misses.
- Ensure all work meets company standards, client requirements, and relevant regulatory obligations.
- Build strong working relationships with Project Managers, clients, and internal teams to ensure successful project delivery.
- Support the development and performance of Field Service Engineers through coaching and technical guidance.
- Identifyopportunities to improve processes, service delivery, and operational performance.
- Completeaccurateservice records, reports, and project documentation.
- Proven experience in Field Service Engineering, ideally within the water or environmental sector
- Strong knowledge of commissioning, fault finding, andmaintaininginstrumentation and telemetry systems
- Experience with Continuous Water Quality Monitoring (CWQM) systems is desirable
- Confident leading and supporting a team while delivering high-quality work
- Strong problem-solving, organisational, and communication skills
- Good understanding of health & safety practices, including RAMS and risk assessments
- Adaptable, hands-on approach with the ability to work across a range of site environments
- Full UK driving licence
- Experience in light civils or construction environments
- Confined Space certification
- CSCS card or equivalent
