Team Leader - Retail Ops & People Coach (16 hrs/wk)

Heart of England Co-operative Society is seeking a part-time Team Leader for our Stoney Stanton Food Convenience Store (16 hours per week). You'll lead from the front, run operations in the Store Manager's absence, and drive performance across availability, merchandising and compliance.

You'll develop your team, manage shifts, and enhance customer service while progressing toward Store Management roles through structured training and support.
