Team Leader - Retail Operations & Customer Experience

Asda operates 24/7 across Supermarkets, Superstores, and Asda Express locations, offering a dynamic and fast-paced environment. As a Team Leader you will lead a team of colleagues to deliver excellent service and ensure the smooth running of daily operations.

You will oversee replenishment, checkouts, and grocery or fresh food sections, using data and insight to meet targets, while coaching others and fostering a welcoming store atmosphere across our growing Express formats.
