At the heart of the Operations Center, you play a key role in the real-time management of our rail and road networks. On a daily basis, you monitor the flow of traffic and anticipate deviations from the schedule; make the necessary decisions to maintain service quality; quickly analyze events and deploy appropriate management concepts; ensure clear, reliable, and responsive communication to passengers; oversee the monitoring and safety of rail operations; manage external announcements (emergency services, partners); guarantee the rigorous adherence to operational systems. Simultaneously, you take on a managerial role accounting for about 30% of your time as Deputy Head of Service. In this capacity, you contribute to the coordination of activities, support the development of the team, ensure HR follow-up, and actively participate in the continuous improvement of processes and practices. As a credible managerial relay, you promote a healthy, quality-oriented work environment.What we are looking for: A commercial employee diploma in public transport (or equivalent) or experience in managing a transport network; currently active as a train manager, holder of the OAASF B license; experience in team leadership or strong potential to develop managerial skills; comfortable with irregular schedules, you are a reliable and punctual person; proactive and reactive in disruptive situations, you keep your cool; marked team spirit, sense of responsibility, and a respectful stance fostering collaboration; Interested?
