Team Leader - Nottinghamshire - Competitive Salary

Our client is looking for a results driven and quality focused individual with strong communication skills to take full responsibility for managing the shift, supervising people, overseeing production and quality targets, and ensuring the smooth running of the production process.

Responsibilities

• Manage shift operations, supervising up to 100 operatives.
• Monitor process flow, enforce procedures, and collaborate with QC and Cell leader.
• Coach employees, resolve issues, and act as a liaison with the Manufacturing Manager.
• Ensure health & safety compliance and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Maintain production and quality targets to optimise performance and achieve budget objectives.

Qualifications

• Experience in a supervisory or team leader role within the printing industry.
• NEBS qualification or equivalent.
• Strong problem solving and decision making skills.
• Continuous improvement mindset.
• Knowledge of health & safety regulations.
• IT literacy is an advantage.
