Team Leader - Night Shifts in Retail (Customer Focus)

John Lewis plc Waitrose shop in Reading is seeking a Team Leader to support the store management, lead Partners, and drive excellent customer service. You will help with online orders, stock replenishment, and daily operations while promoting a safe, compliant work environment.

The role includes managing Click & Collect, assisting with workload distribution, and contributing ideas to improve commercial performance. Night premium applies between 22:00 and 06:00.
