Job Description

We are delighted to be able to offer this opportunity which has arisen within Fife Health and Social Care (H&SC) Partnership for a Band 7 Team Leader to work within the CTAC Service.

Within this role you will provide support to the Lead Nurse and have direct line management for staff ranging from band 6 - band 2, including Primary Care nurses and phoebotomists. A key part of this role will be to ensure clinical care and quality standards are met and that the service delivers safe, effective, person centred practice to meet the needs of people in Fife.

In applying for this role you will be a nurse registered with the Nursing and Midwifery Council. You will have extensive skills and experience working within a community setting, preferably treatment room or Primary Care Nursing / Practice Nursing and be able to work as part of a multi professional team. You must have flexibility, excellent communication skills, be adaptable to change and evidence of continuing personal development.
