Job Description
Liquid Personnel is recruiting Team Leader for its client's Support worker TeaminLeicester
Oversee daily operations within the home, supporting and supervising residential staff while ensuring high standards of care for children and young people.
- Supervise and support residential support workers
- Ensure care plans are implemented and reviewed
- Monitor the health, safety, and well being of residents
- Liaise with external agencies and attend reviews/meetings
- Provide on call support and contribute to the on call rota
- Leadership training and support
- Progression to Deputy Manager or Registered Manager
- Enhanced pay for additional responsibilities

- Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare (or equivalent)
- Experience in a supervisory role within residential childcare
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Strong understanding of safeguarding and regulatory standards
