Cpl Healthcare is delighted to partner with a leading disability service provider in the recruitment of a Team Leader for a full-time permanent position based in Kyle, Co Kilkenny.

Operating across 12 residential communities and 4 day services nationwide, this organisation is renowned for delivering exceptional supports that truly make a difference. They are now seeking an experienced, motivated, and compassionate professional to join their dedicated team and play a key leadership role in supporting adults to live meaningful and self directed lives.
About the RoleAs Team Leader, you will provide leadership, guidance, and support to staff while ensuring the delivery of high quality, person centred services. You will help foster a positive and inclusive environment where individuals are supported to reach their full potential and actively participate in their communities.
What You'll Need- A minimum Level 7 qualification on the QQI Framework, such as a BA in Social Care Studies or an equivalent qualification in Health or Social Care.
- A minimum of 2 years' management experience at a similar level of responsibility.
- At least 3 years' experience supporting vulnerable adults and/or adults with intellectual disabilities.
- A strong understanding of current policies, legislation, and sector developments relating to Social Care and disability services in Ireland.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and relationship building skills, with the ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
- Strong IT proficiency, including experience with Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word), SharePoint, OneDrive, and Microsoft Teams.
- A full, clean driving licence, which is essential for this role.
