Team Leader - Grounds & Horticulture, Career Growth

Glendale, a family owned environmental services provider, is seeking a Team Leader to join our South East team in the Oxfordshire area. You will assist the Supervisor and Senior Team Leaders to deliver programmed maintenance and take responsibility for on-site works, leading by example.

Ideal candidates will have a horticulture qualification with 3+ years of experience, strong people management, a clean driving licence, and knowledge of health and safety regulations.
