Team Leader - Children & Young People: Care & Coaching

Brook Street is seeking a compassionate Team Leader for our Children's Home in Darlington. You will support the day-to-day care of young people, lead by example and help ensure the highest quality care and safeguarding across the home.

In this role you will deputise for the Registered Manager when required, motivate the staff team, implement care plans and risk assessments, and promote independence and emotional wellbeing for the young people.
