Team Leader - Adult Care, South Tyneside

Lifeways Group is seeking a Team Leader for South Tyneside to supervise daily care delivery and lead a dedicated team. You will motivate staff, ensure high standards of support, and oversee services for individuals with autism, learning disabilities and mental health needs.
