Team Lead - AMZL, Lastmile Operations

We're seeking a Team Lead for our Delivery Center. In this role, you will be responsible for shift operations at our DCs and support the DC manager in performance management and driving the operational plan.

Title: Team Lead Location: Mumbai Essential Functions

• Work with the Center manager to ensure smooth functioning of Amazon transportation operations in Mumbai.
• Execute the delivery process from the delivery station to the customer's address.
• Ensure sufficient bandwidth in the delivery team to manage peak time deliveries.
• Continuously improve the delivery process and maintain a sustained level of performance improvement.

• Resourceful in identifying ways to get things done using limited resources.
• Ability to work under pressure.
