Your RoleAt EIT we are seeking an experienced, proactive and detailed orientated Team Coordinator to support our growing MDLS team. You will play a key role in ensuring smooth day to day operations across the team, supporting them with coordination, scheduling, documentation and workflow management.
Your Responsibilities- Manage team calendars, schedule meetings and coordinate all related logistics, including room bookings and preparation of materials.
- Provide a professional and welcoming first point of contact for all visitors.
- Carry out day to day administrative tasks, including accurate processing of expenses, invoices and internal documents.
- Support travel bookings and event coordination, including catering and logistics.
- Prepare and manage correspondence, agendas, documents and team records to ensure information is organised and accessible.
- Assist with onboarding activities and maintain accurate team data.
- Liaise with internal teams and stakeholders to support clear communication and efficient coordination of activities.
- Proven experience in an administrative or coordinator role.
- Competence with Microsoft 365 and communication tools.
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience in a similar role within a scientific/ R&D environment.
- Salary: Dependent on experience + travel allowance + bonus

- You must be eligible to work in the UK with a willingness to travel as necessary.
- You must be based in, or within easy commuting distance of, Oxford.
- The postholder is expected to be on-site in Oxford five days per week. Some flexibility may be arranged in line with business requirements and operational priorities.
