Team Assistants provide administrative support to the Branch General Manager, as well as Sales Management. As an integral part of our team, you will be ensuring seamless departmental operations and effective communication, while managing confidential materials and making independent decisions. Your contributions are critical to the success of our branch and directly impact our organization, which is why your confidence, meticulous organization, and take charge attitude is paramount to our success.

As a Team Assistant, you will:
  • Create, proofread, and edit a range of documents, including reports, articles, and proposals, ensuring clarity and accuracy
  • Organize and manage branch leadership activities, including meetings, presentations, and events
  • Handle communications by receiving, screening, and routing incoming calls and correspondence, while also maintaining a calendar, scheduling appointments, and arranging meetings
  • Manage the department's record keeping system, ensuring compliance with company policies and evaluating information release requests
  • Monitor and manage office and departmental supplies, initiating purchase orders as necessary, and focusing on optimizing branch operating costs
  • Coordinate Special Initiatives and community events
  • Exercise independent judgment, multitask, and maintain a keen attention to detail
  • Responsible for tracking, ordering and maintaining fleet vehicles
  • Act as Safety Admin for the area
  • Willing to work in person five days a week at the Plymouth, MI branch office during core business hours
You will make an impact with these qualifications: Basic Qualifications:
  • High School degree or state recognized GED
  • 2+ years of experience in administrative support
  • Experience using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook)
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States on a continual and permanent basis without company sponsorship
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Associate or Bachelor's Degree
  • Experience supporting a sales team
  • Knowledge and Experience using SAP
  • Experience in Fleet Management

The pay range for this position is $52,836 - $90,576 annually. The actual wage offered may be lower or higher depending on budget and candidate experience, knowledge, skills, qualifications, and premium geographic location.
