Job Title: Team Administrator
Group: Facilities
Location: London - office based role
Hours: 9.30am-5.30pm, Monday to Friday, must be flexible

Purpose of the role:
To provide support to the Senior Facilities Team, driving continuous improvement and giving optimum client service across the firm.
Main duties and responsibilities
- Responsible for end-to-end service delivery
- Review and collate returned tasks
- Adherence to the firm's policies and procedures
- Build strong relationships with key stakeholders
- Maintain filing and archive systems
- Collate and prepare information
- Assist with travel and accommodation arrangements
- Prepare and submit expenses
- Take initiative and responsibility for liaison with other support services
- Escalate issues to ensure office is kept safe and in good repair
- Ownership of copying, printing, scanning, collation lease information
- Answer communications in a professional manner
- Innovate and design to improve service area
- Proactive response to Facilities Team priorities
