Are you a highly organised and proactive administrator with a passion for people and purpose? We're looking for a friendly and detail-oriented Team Administrator to join the team at a national educational charity. This is a London based hybrid role for a minimum of 2-months!
You'll play a key role in delivering a positive experience for supporters, volunteers, and members whether answering queries, updating the CRM (Salesforce), coordinating volunteer logistics, or supporting flagship events. This is a varied and rewarding role that touches many areas of the organisation, so a flexible approach and a can-do attitude are essential.
What you ll do:

Be the first point of contact for supporter and volunteer queries

Coordinate volunteer onboarding and help deliver training

Keep our CRM records accurate and up to date

Support membership renewals and process payments

Assist with reporting and supporter data

Help deliver events and provide admin support across teams
What we re looking for:

Great customer service skills and a professional, warm approach

Confident using CRM systems (ideally Salesforce)

Strong organisational and IT skills (especially Excel)

A team player who can also work independently

Experience supporting events or working with volunteers is a bonus
