Job Description
SEMH Teaching Assistant - Secondary£22,000-£23,000 Monday-Friday 8:30am-4:15pm
We are looking for a proactive SEMH Teaching Assistant to support secondary learners with social, emotional, and mental health needs.
The Role:
-
1:1 and small group support
-
Behaviour management and emotional regulation
-
Supporting engagement in lessons
-
Working collaboratively with teaching staff
Experience in SEMH or challenging behaviour is highly desirable.
