Full-time • Term time Only • £93-£98 per day
About the Role- Provide 1:1 and small group support for pupils with SEND, supporting both academic and personal development
- Assist in delivering engaging, inclusive lessons tailored to individual needs
- Help pupils develop confidence, independence and positive attitudes to learning
- Promote social interaction in line with the school's values of kindness, respect and ambition
- Work collaboratively within a supportive and experienced staff team
- Has experience supporting children with ADHD, autism or other SEND (preferred but not essential)
- Is patient, empathetic and passionate about making a difference
- Can adapt their approach to meet the needs of individual pupils
- Holds a relevant qualification (e.g. Level 2 or 3 TA) or has equivalent experience
