Teaching Assistant for an SEND School in Ellesmere Port
Location - Ellesmere Port, Cheshire
Position - Teaching Assistant
Pay - £93-£105 (depending on experience)

The Role
- Supporting Learning - Assisting the teacher in delivering engaging lessons to students
- Positive Relationships - Developing an understanding of each individual child's needs and building positive relationships.
- Behaviour Management - De-escalation techniques and managing pupil behaviour.
- Safeguarding - Ensuring safeguarding protocols are thoroughly followed and prioritising the safety of pupils.
About you
- Ellesmere Port based, or from the surrounding areas.
- Strong experience in de-escalation and challenging behaviour.
- Previous experience as Teaching Assistant is ideal.
- An understanding of children's mental health and SEND such as Autism and ADHD.
- Passionate about removing children's barriers to learning.
