We are looking for dedicated, enthusiastic, and caring individuals to join our education team as either a Teaching Assistant (TA) or Higher Level TA. Working within a specialist educational environment, you will play a vital role in supporting pupils' learning, development, and wellbeing, helping to create a positive and engaging learning experience every day.About the Role Applicants will be considered for the most appropriate level based on their qualifications, skills, and experience. As part of our team, you will work closely with teaching staff to support pupils both inside and outside the classroom, helping to overcome barriers to learning and encouraging positive outcomes. Higher Level Teaching Assistants will take on additional responsibilities, including leading learning activities and providing enhanced support to teaching staff and pupils.What We're Looking ForTeaching Assistant

- Promote safeguarding, wellbeing, and positive behaviour by creating a safe, supportive, and inclusive learning environment for all pupils.
- Contribute to the wider school community through professional development, teamwork, quality assurance activities, and continuous improvement initiatives that enhance teaching and learning.
