Start Date: ASAP
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 3:30pm
Pay: £89 - £95 per day
About the role- Provide 1:1 or group support to pupils with SEN.
- Support pupils with their learning and help them manage their emotions.
- Create and adapt resources based on their needs.
- Keep them engaged through creative, flexible support.
- Promote a positive, inclusive attitude and encourage personal growth.
- Build a strong, trusting relationship to help them feel secure and supported long term.
- Experienced in working with children, particularly those with Autism, SEMH, or behavioural challenges.
- Patient, resilient, and able to remain calm in a dynamic environment.
- Confident in adapting learning tasks and communication styles.
- Passionate about inclusive education and pupil wellbeing.
- Proactive and flexible in their approach to daily classroom support.
Background in education or relevant SEN experience is desirable, but training can be provided for the right candidate with the right mindset.
