Job Description
Secondary Teaching Assistant - Buckinghamshire

£12-£16 per hour Long term via agency Potential permanent role

We are seeking a committed and enthusiastic Secondary Teaching Assistant to support a successful secondary school in Buckinghamshire. This is a long term assignment through our agency, with the opportunity to transition into a permanent position for the right candidate.

Role Responsibilities
  • Support students across KS3 & KS4
  • Provide 1:1 and small group learning support
  • Assist with classroom activities and behaviour management
  • Contribute to SEN support where needed
  • Work closely with teaching staff to improve pupil outcomes
Requirements
  • Experience working with young people (school or similar environment)
  • Confident supporting learning in a secondary setting
  • Positive attitude and strong communication skills
  • DBS on the Update Service (or willing to apply)
