As a Teaching Assistant, you will play a vital part in promoting high-quality learning, inclusion, and personal development across the academy. With a focus on supporting learners with SEN, SEMH needs, and those with EHCPs, you will help ensure that our most vulnerable students can fully access the curriculum, feel safe and supported, and make meaningful academic and personal progress.
Working closely with teachers, the SENCo, pastoral teams, and external professionals, you will deliver targeted interventions and adapt learning experiences to meet individual needs.
This role requires someone who is, organised, patient, proactive, and an effective communicator. You will also contribute to supervision duties, carry out routine administrative tasks, and support wider academy operations as needed.
About You
- Right to work in the UK
- Experience of data entry and IT systems
- English and Maths GCSE at grade C or above (or equivalent)
- Enhanced DBS
