Academics is working in partnership with a friendly and forward-thinking primary school in Worcester, and we're on the lookout for a motivated Teaching Assistant to join their team.

What You'll Be Doing

As a Teaching Assistant in Worcester, you will:

  • Work alongside the class teacher to support daily lessons

  • Provide targeted support to individuals and small groups

  • Help pupils stay focused, engaged and confident in their learning

  • Support classroom routines and contribute to a positive school culture

What We'd Love to See

  • Experience working with children (school-based experience is ideal)

  • A calm, positive and proactive attitude

  • Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport quickly

  • Dependability and the ability to commute to Worcester
