Teaching Assistant Required from September 2026
SALARY: BAND C. Minimum 35 hours/week. The role also requires the flexibility to work across the key stages as required.
Responsibilities & Qualifications- Supportive of the schools Christian values
- Knowledgeable of the Key Stage 1/Key Stage 2 curriculum as appropriate
- Committed and enthusiastic, able to inspire and motivate the children
- Friendly and approachable
- Organised and enjoy working as part of a team
- Have a good understanding of the needs of SEND pupils
- Have a good knowledge of outdoor learning opportunities (e.g. Forest Schools)
- Be willing to lead or support after school clubs and holiday based activities
- Ideally have current first aid certification
- Enthusiastic children
- Friendly, highly skilled and dedicated staff
- A focus on the development of the whole child - academic, physical, emotional and spiritual
- A happy working environment
