Teacher of Science

An academically ambitious and values-driven secondary school in Guildford is seeking to appoint an outstanding Teacher of Science from September 2026. The school combines strong Progress 8 outcomes and excellent GCSE results with a deep commitment to scholarship, inclusion and student development.

The Role

The successful candidate will teach Science across Key Stages 3 and 4, with the opportunity to teach Key Stage 5 within their specialism. Applications are welcomed from teachers of Biology, Chemistry or Physics. A Level teaching would be advantageous but is not essential.

The school is seeking a teacher who will:

  • Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)

  • Demonstrate strong subject knowledge within their Science specialism

  • Have the right to work in the UK
