Elementa Support Services is working closely with schools to recruit a passionate and knowledgeable Teacher of History who can bring the subject to life and ignite curiosity in learners. This is a fantastic opportunity for an enthusiastic educator who is committed to delivering high-quality teaching and helping students develop a strong understanding of historical events, perspectives, and critical thinking skills.

As a Teacher of History, you will:

• Plan and deliver engaging, well-structured history lessons in line with the curriculum
• Inspire students to think critically about the past and its relevance to the modern world
• Assess, track, and report on student progress effectively
• Create a positive, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment
• Work collaboratively with colleagues to support whole-school objectives

To be considered for this role, you must have:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
• Enhanced DBS certificate (or be willing to apply - we can assist with this)
• Education Workforce Council (EWC) registration
• Strong subject knowledge and effective classroom management skills
• A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children
