Master's degree in teaching and research type 2 (MER2) in Public Policies of Sports and Leisure in Switzerland between 50% and 100%. To complete its team, the Faculty of Social and Political Sciences and the Institute of Sports Sciences of the University of Lausanne (ISSUL) are looking for a Master's degree in teaching and research type 2 (MER2) in Public Policies of Sports and Leisure in Switzerland between 50% and complementary. Start date: or - or to be agreed. Duration: 6 years, renewable. Activity rate: 50% to 100%. This position is offered 50% to 100% with the job description at 100% below, which will be reviewed according to the activity rate of the holder. It is therefore necessary to specify in your letter at what rate you would like to work: Lausanne-Dorigny. Your activities: In your functions, you will notably be required to: Teaching (80%): You will be responsible for ensuring 10 hours of weekly teaching per year in French: see job description. As well as: supervision of master's theses at a rate of 20%. Research (15%): This position focuses primarily on teaching and does not aim to support academic succession. The holder will develop research work related to public policies of sports and leisure in Switzerland. This research will lead to very good academic level publications as the person integrates within the Institute of Sports Sciences (ISSUL). Responsibilities (2%): In accordance with legal requirements and collegiality standards, the holder will take on tasks that may be assigned to them as part of their functions at the Institute, including management related to their position and at the Institute of Sports Sciences (ISSUL) and the Faculty of Social Sciences. According to the Directive from the Administration on the starting salary scale for teaching staff at the University of Lausanne, the initial salary is set based on the basic salary scale X 2, regardless of age and prior professional experience. Profile: To complete our team, we wish to hire a person with the following profile in sports science or management sciences or an equivalent qualification. University teaching experience. Research in the field of sports and leisure public policies. Professional experiences in the public and leisure sectors in Switzerland. Good integration into Swiss networks.
