Teacher

We are seeking an experienced and passionate SEND Teacher to join a supportive and welcoming school in Wythenshawe, Manchester from September 2026. This is a full-time position, paid to scale, ideal for a dedicated practitioner with strong experience supporting pupils with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities.

• Plan and deliver engaging, differentiated lessons tailored to meet a range of SEND needs
• Support pupils with a variety of needs, including ASD, ADHD, and SEMH
• Develop and implement Individual Education Plans (IEPs) and EHCP targets
• Monitor and track pupil progress, ensuring positive outcomes
• Work closely with teaching assistants, SENCO, and external professionals
• Create a nurturing, structured, and inclusive learning environment
• Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
• Have recent experience working within a SEND setting or supporting pupils with additional needs
• Demonstrate strong knowledge of SEND strategies and interventions
• Have excellent behaviour management and communication skills
• Be committed to inclusive education and supporting all learners to achieve their potential
• Salary paid to scale (MPS/UPS, dependent on experience)
