We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented professional to manage and verify commercial returns from a technical approach. This person will be responsible for assessing the condition and validity of returned parts, ensuring that they meet the criteria set by the company and manufacturers. In addition, he/she must have the ability to work in the workshop when required, especially in tasks related to air conditioning and engine cooling systems.


What are you going to do as a Technical Support Specialist?


Check and validate returned parts from a technical point of view.

Perform basic diagnostics in the workshop to verify the condition of returned parts.

Support in the mechanical workshop in technical tasks, especially related to air conditioning systems.

Coordinate with the warehouse and workshop team for the correct management of returns.

Document and report technical incidents related to returns.

Collaborate with the sales team to resolve discrepancies or customer complaints.

Keep returns records updated in the management system.



What do you bring as a Technical Support Specialist?


Previous experience in mechanical workshop or solid knowledge of vehicle mechanics.

Specific knowledge of automotive air conditioning systems.

Ability to work in the workshop when required.

Knowledge of the automotive spare parts sector, especially aftermarket.

Upper-intermediate level of English (ability to read technical documentation and communicate with international suppliers).

Technical analysis and problem solving skills.

Proactive, organised person with attention to detail.

Previous experience in returns management or technical customer service is an advantage.
