TCAD Research Fellow - Next-Gen Semiconductor Devices

Tyndall National Institute invites applications for a Research Fellow in Technology Computer Aided Design (TCAD) focused on Materials Modelling for Devices in the NanoIC programme. You will design and implement a TCAD-driven research plan to model and optimise next generation devices based on novel materials, bridging theory with fabrication.
