Tax Strategy Lead for Growth Portfolio & Exits

AURELIUS AG in London seeks an experienced in-house tax advisor to drive tax strategy across portfolio companies from post-acquisition through exit. You will design, build, and upgrade tax functions, ensuring compliance while maximizing value for the group.

You will lead international tax planning, oversee transfer pricing, VAT, and reporting, and partner with the Deal Tax team on acquisitions, embedding a hands-on, entrepreneurial approach across the portfolio.
