Tax Manager, Share Schemes
Big 4 Accountancy Firm, Leeds or Manchester
£55,000 - £65,000 + benefits + Bonus

  • To be part of one of the largest share schemes teams in the UK?

I'm currently working with a leading Big 4 Share Schemes team who are looking bring in several key hires at Manager level.

The team support a wide ranging portfolio of clients from large corporates to smaller start ups, including both listed, private companies and specialist funds.

Your new role:

  • Advise clients on the feasibility, design, structure and implementation of equity & cash incentive plans.
  • Supporting your client base, advising on both tax and legal implications for the employer and employees.
  • Working with clients on corporate transactions, advising on the impact
  • Assisting clients with various technical updates relating to share schemes & share planning options
  • Creating share plan and related employee communications
  • Reviewing technical financial audits, supporting wider firm to understand tax implications.

What you'll need to be successful:

  • As a team they are open to different background including other areas of tax, law or financial accounting
  • Experience or exposure to share plans & incentives through current work
