Employment related securities work
Due Diligence reports supporting M&A activities
Tax valuations
Employment tax support for diverse clients

Candidate Requirements

ATT/CTA/ACA/ACCA qualified
Experience supporting a varied client base in UK practice
Experience with equity, reward, or valuation projects
