Tax Advisor

Our client, a well-established, market-leading construction group, is recruiting a Tax Advisor to their team. The successful candidate will join a supportive and collaborative team and will gain hands-on experience in multi-jurisdictional Group VAT. This is an excellent opportunity for a Tax Trainee to take the next step in their career and this role offers full CTA study support.

Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing and completing Group VAT filings
• Liaise cross-departmentally to provide information on VAT aspects of multi-jurisdictional projects
• Assist in completing VAT return reconciliations and year-end VAT audit schedules
• Work closely alongside broader tax team on tax risk management
• Involvement in process improvement and projects
• Ad-hoc duties as required

Requirements

• 2+ years experience in a VAT-focused tax role
• Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
